Service personnel very welcoming. Service was as promised and on time. When I purchased my Enclave I also bought the maintenance service and that was handled without a hitch. So my service visit was no charge, as expected. I only wish I received the multipoint inspections checklist sheet with my paperwork when I picked up my car. The car only has 15k miles on it so I was not expecting any wear items to be an issue but it would have been nice to get that sheet like most dealers do. Overall, very satisfied.

We purchased a 2024 Enclave. We worked with the sales team and worked through the different financing options. We were introduced to the service department and scheduled an appointment. The staff was accommodating to ensure we were happy with our purchase. Would buy from again.
All the folks were friendly and helpful; while car was being serviced I was driven around the lot by Tony and shown what you had in inventory. Kudos to Tony. Also, car was completed ahead of schedule and topped off with the final interior cleaning and exterior wash which was excellent. Kudos also to the employee washing the car.

They did the oil change and change the filter's. The problem of my Buick Encore Not starting when i turn it over didn't get fix? They said ut was to do with the part that is in back order. The engine light has been in for over 2 months due to the part that is on back order.
