Although my service advisor is not at fault, I am more than disappointed in my service bc I brought vehicle in bc AC was not blowing cold. Supposedly the compressor was replaced. Service personnel very welcoming. Service was as promised and on time. When I purchased my Enclave I also bought the maintenance service and that was handled without a hitch. So my service visit was no charge, as expected. I only wish I received the multipoint inspections checklist sheet with my paperwork when I picked up my car. The car only has 15k miles on it so I was not expecting any wear items to be an issue but it would have been nice to get that sheet like most dealers do. Overall, very satisfied.
