While buying my first car, Dave kept everything simple and clear. No gimics no sales pitch. He worked with us to get a preferred price. Only thing I’d say is MSRP displayed online doesn’t include a 4k add on that Buick does with all cars- things already added into the car ie window tint, door handle features etc.. But Dave worked to get that taken care of while being polite, to the point and knowledgeable. I love my new car! The add ons do make it prettier too (:

I love the dealership. I purchased this vehicle from a different place, but because of the history I had with them, I bought my car to them for service. They are always thorough and treat us well. Prices are high, but again, they are a dealership and the work they do is worth it. This last time I took my car in and asked for a loaner, they were not able to accommodate so they grabbed a tech to look at the problem and tell me what was wrong and what they fix was. We ordered the parts right there and I left with my car. They will call me when the parts get there and will get it fixed for me same day. We had a problem, they found a solution that cost me nothing. I love it.

David was a great salesman during our visit to Liberty. He was not too pushy and was very courteous, respectful, and had an honest attitude. He answered most of our questions and if he didn’t have an answer he would find it. He understood what we were interested in and found it. He had a great sense of humor and laughed at my corny jokes which put us at ease. The other folks at Liberty were very polite and friendly also.

He was very patient with our test driving of three vehicles before deciding which vehicle to purchase. He provided great customer service. Mike in financing was very helpful and explained the process during signing of the documents that was easy to understand with no pressure.
