Service personnel very welcoming. Service was as promised and on time. When I purchased my Enclave I also bought the maintenance service and that was handled without a hitch. So my service visit was no charge, as expected. I only wish I received the multipoint inspections checklist sheet with my paperwork when I picked up my car. The car only has 15k miles on it so I was not expecting any wear items to be an issue but it would have been nice to get that sheet like most dealers do. Overall, very satisfied.

I can because of something very weird that happened involving my Encore. Doug listened to me very patiently as I tried to explain. I'm not the best explaner in the world and Doug was great. He took fantastic care of both me and my car. If you go to Liberty Buick you have to ask for Doug, he's the best!
