I walked in and had a good idea of what I wanted. I was recently in a bad auto accident. I ended up with a Buick Encore GX 2025 pre-owned certified. Sam pulled up 1 car it was the color I was wanting and I instantly fell in love with it. I was also greeted by a gentleman as I arrived at the dealership prior to opening on July 3rd. James Cooper was outstanding in his representation of the Buick Encore GX Avenir AWD. I have purchased a good many vehicles in my 72 years, cars, trucks, RV's, boats, flat trailers, horse and livestock trailers and I refuse to deal with anyone who lies to me OR tries to sell me old snake oil. Service Team was at the Door, First Thing in the morning. Professional Check-In, plus the Coffee was ready. Appropriate Communication on Work to be done with amount of time planned. Work was completed per Schedule. Car was washed and was clean inside.
